Duties: Perform engineering duties in planning and designing central utilities system for building campus environments and other locations.  Tasks include system survey, system analysis, hydraulic analysis and stress analysis.  Perform system simulation, computer modeling and report writing, estimate energy savings, develop budgetary construction costs, and design chiller plants, boiler plants and cogeneration system.  Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of utility system.  Use AutoCAD, Excel.
